Qingdao Beach Scenic Spot is located along the southern coast of Qingdao Proper. It extends for 25 km from east to west with a width of 3 km. It integrates hills, sea and urban landscape. It provides a combination of natural landscape and tasteful urban development. It is one of the few national scenic spots located in an urban district. On the land, it includes such open spaces as Qingdao Hill, Xinhaoshan Hill, Guanxiangshan Hill, Taipingshan Hill, Baguanshan Hill, and Xiaoyushan Hill. On the seaside, there are Tuandao Bay, Huiquan Bay, Taiping Bay, Fushan Bay and islets, rocks and beaches. The individual scenic areas include Badaguan, Badaxia, Taipingshan Hill and Taipingjiao Cape. The individual spots include; Zhanqiao Pier, Luxun Park, Mini Qingdao, Xiaoyushan Hill, Flower Garden, Huiquan Square, May Fourth Movement Square, Music Square, Yan’erdao Park, No. 1, No. 2, No. 3 and No. 6 Bathing Beaches, seaside pedestrian walkways and sightseeing boulevards-Donghai Road and Hong Kong Road.
